It has been more than 2 weeks, and I have tried contacting the It Is Well team via email as well as their Instagram page to request for an exchange of sizes. This unresponsiveness is puzzling - especially when they've portrayed themselves to be a brand that's friendly and prides on wellness and well-being - especially when my request was made well within the 1-week Return&Exchange policy as stated on their website. I am stuck with a set that I can't wear. Disappointing!
